Description We are looking for an accomplished Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role will oversee the accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Treasury. Furthermore, you will be working closely with various teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and participate in accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger functions.

• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, federal, state, and local legal requirements in managing accounting policies, procedures, and controls.

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, delegating tasks as needed.

• Manage relationships and deliverables of accounting/finance vendors.

• Support the financial close process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of results.

• Prepare and review General Ledger journal entries and reconciliations.

• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and controls to streamline operations and mitigate risk.

• Administer NetSuite ERP including chart of accounts.

• Manage tax agency setup and administration.

• Support the optimization of working capital and cash flow reporting.

• Assist in annual Group audit as required. Requirements • Significant expertise in managing accounting functions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

• Familiarity with accounting software systems and ERP solutions.

• Proficiency in using ADP for financial services.

• Experience in using Great Plains (GPAC) software.

• Strong knowledge in the field of auditing.

• Proficiency in managing billing functions.

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to conform with all corporate accounting practices and regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with financial reporting standards and federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.

• Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Be able to demonstrate attention to details and good-record-keeping.
