Responsibilities

• Accelerate Value Realization: Actively engage with business and technical decision makers to drive intent, enablement and usage of Teams Phone, securing long-term customer renewal. Galvanize technical and sales experts around additional identified opportunities to develop customer specific roadmaps that drive further growth & business value realization.

• Business Impact - Drive Usage (Cloud & Support) Growth: Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with business & technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's M365 Copilot value proposition. Lead architecture design sessions on M365 Copilot, address customer questions and provide best practices for activating solution within customer environment.

• Drive Usage: Develop opportunities by working with customers to ensure they understand Teams Phone & CoPilot value proposition. Provide technical implementation guidance driving active usage of the solution. Actively listen and respectfully challenge customers to drive the best outcomes.

• Customer Trust and Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer internally, leveraging internal teams to capture feedback, remove blockers, surface insights, and align resources.

• Technical Development: Demonstrate Self-Learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals.

• Operations and Execution excellence: Manage operational excellence and customer health by ensuring process compliance and managing pipeline. Provide regular updates to account and regional stakeholders on customers transformation initiatives. Meet or exceed KPI and targets set.

• Business Analysis: Identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems, process improvement, organizational change, or strategic planning and policy development.

o Journey Mapping Skills: Be the M365 Copilot and Teams Phone subject matter expert with the ability to design customer solutions, lead presentations, demonstrations, and design thinking workshops with both Business Decision Maker (BDMs) and Information Technology Decision Maker (ITDMs).

o Relationship Building:Building relationships with BDM & senior Information Technology (IT) executives in large or highly strategic accounts.

o Collaboration and Communication: Acknowledged for driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.

• Technical Solution Development: Developing technical solutions and ability to design, customize, or reapply technical solutions based on customer/partner needs or demands.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • Experience with Teams Phone and/or Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoiP).

Other Requirements

The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination.

Clearance Verification:

This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.

Cloud Screening:

Candidates must be able to successfully complete and pass a Microsoft Cloud background screening. This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Citizenship & Citizenship Verification:

This position requires verification of U.S citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport, or other approved documents, or verified US government clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role OR 4+ years experience working on technical projects.

o Experience with solution architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of Cloud and/or Artificail Intelligence (AI) Fundamentals/ Search indexing/M365 Apps/Graph API.

o Certification in one or more of the following technologies: Azure & M365 fundamentals, Graph API, SharePoint Certifications.

Experience in managing various stakeholder relationships, leading value proposition conversations to get consensus on solution/projects.

o Experience with cloud services, SaaS Solutions, distributed computing, such as standard practices, considerations, and benefits.

o Experience with data engineering, MS Graph, OpenAI platform, deep learning and neural networks.

o Domain experience Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure solutions, and understanding of how Microsoft Security, compliance, and identity solutions can span across these solution areas to provide a holistic and end-to-end solution.

o Experience with the competitive Landscape of cloud platforms.

• Technical experience and knowledge, in AI fundamentals and two or more of the following M365 solutions:

o M365 Apps

o Graph API

o MS Graph Connector

o Teams Messaging Extensions

o Programing languages

o Identity and Access Management

Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
