Do you want to be a part of the team designing the most complex, most powerful satellites ever launched? Do you want to learn how spacecraft are designed to survive the space environment? How the electronics of a spacecraft system are designed for electromagnetic compatibility and withstand electromagnetic interference, micrometeoroids and radiation?
You'll be part of a small, close team that is responsible for the space environment requirements of all satellite components and providing critical input into system level environment design of the spacecraft.
You'll have the opportunity to analyze, test, correlate and innovate with subsystem and system models and develop more efficient and new designs for our future satellites and space platforms.
You're a good communicator and have an engineering degree with courses in aerospace, physics, and electrical engineering. You are able to work in small teams to solve problems and also able and comfortable with working independently. Some experience with EMI/EMC and aerospace, particularly space environment analysis is a plus.
