DigitalGlobe Propulsion Production Engineer in United States

Provide propulsion production engineering support on the most powerful multi-mission spacecraft in the world! You will support the building and testing of these spacecraft with a highly skilled manufacturing team. Providing engineering direction to plan and coordinate production engineering processes on a daily basis to produce the highest quality spacecraft!

As a propulsion production engineer you will act as the liaison between design and manufacturing ensuring requirements are met. You will perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime on the production floor. Areas of support include propulsion testing at the bench level, spacecraft testing and launch base testing and operations.

Additionally you will provide DFx (Design for X, manufacturing, safety, cost, etc.) support for the propulsion production engineering team by developing process improvements and cost reduction initiatives to effectively utilize equipment and materials while maintaining high quality standards

MS Degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent (e.g., Physics, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineer)
