In a team setting, process, manipulate, and analyze open source data to extract knowledge or insights. The candidate will provide all-source, predictive intelligence assessments on military, political, and national security related issues. Additionally, the candidate will possess excellent research skills to find meaningful information in unstructured data. All research and analysis will be aggregated into finished products that will be published to a diverse audience--therefore good writing and publishing skills are highly desired. He/She will ensure all of the products created meet quality and material specifications in accordance with customer needs. Analytic findings will be presented to the customer in written, finished intelligence products and briefings in support of the broader Intelligence Community and COCOMS. The Intelligence Analyst will: - Provide finished all-source intelligence products bridging open source intelligence, geospatial intelligence, signals intelligence, human intelligence, and imagery intelligence. - Work with geospatial analysts and technologists to apply innovative methodologies to discover trends in "Big Data" and produce predictive analytics. - Conduct in-depth research using classified and unclassified data sources to locate and analyze available intelligence in support of social media and Foundational Intelligence requirements. - Integrate incoming data feeds with current intelligence holdings to prepare and maintain situational awareness and order of battle. - Use custom-developed tools to automate correlation between datasets and discovery of trends and patterns. - Utilize ArcGIS and Google Earth to assist in visualizing and analyzing geospatial data.

This person must possess a strong client focus and have the following experience:


  • Must possess and retain an active TS/SCI clearance.

  • 3-5 years of experience as an analyst in military intelligence, a civilian intelligence agency, government organization and/or B.A./B.S. in Geography, Political Science, History, or related field.

  • Working knowledge of collection process and data structure, and all source analysis of at least one intelligence collection discipline (HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT or IMINT) including its requirements/tasking process, collection platforms and its POC’s within the community of interest preferred.

  • Knowledge of a wide range of research and collection methods and analytical applications in order to support the all-source requirements and to develop advanced geospatial analytic assessments for the customer.

  • Must be proficient in some of the following: TAC, M3, ArcMap, QGIS, Analyst Notebook, Google Earth, and/or Palantir among others intelligence databases.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment as an individual contributor on a transparent, agile team

  • Strong communication and briefing skills; candidate must be able to present and deliver products to diverse audiences when necessary.

  • Travel throughout the continental U.S. on short trips to attend and present at conferences and analytic exchanges will be required.


  • 6-8 years of experience as an analyst in military intelligence, a civilian intelligence agency, government organization and/or B.A./B.S. in Geography, Political Science, History, or related field. Master's Degree
