Forge Nano Sales Development Representative in Thornton, Colorado

Sales Development Representative Forge Nano Inc, a fast-growing materials company with a focus on manufacturing nano-scale coating equipment across a wide range of markets. What we're looking for: ?We're looking for an obsessive, charismatic, goal-driven trailblazer to grow our manufacturing and R&D services and equipment sales. You will be a valued contribution to advancing Forge Nano's development and success. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will proactively engage with prospects to qualify them for the sale of Forge Nano's products and solutions. This role will play a crucial role in Forge Nano's growth and success. What?you'll?do? Build a revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers.? Research and build new and existing accounts through rigorous outbound calling efforts and by creating/executing strategic email and social campaigns. Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for aligned Account Executives by following up on warm (inbound) leads and researched prospects. Attend and work trade show booths to build interest and find opportunities that generate revenue. Be a key driving force in continuing?Forge Nano's?Sales team growth.? Consistently meet lead turnaround and follow up requirements.? Successfully meet and/or exceed pipeline quota and qualify leads with the goal of determining if the prospect fits the buying criteria and drive pipeline growth. Manage, track, and report ALL activities in Salesforce.com.? Utilize sales engagement tools to research contacts and accounts to strategize with Marketing and Account Executives on prospecting plans. Learn and?maintain?in-depth knowledge of?Forge Nano's?capabilities, products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.? What we want? At least 6+ months of SDR experience in outbound sales? Highly motivated, driven, and sales focused?with desire to be a top performer Innate interest in startups, sales, and technology Excellent written and oral communication skills? Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively? Persistent in a professional manner? Aptitude to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment? Salesforce.com CRM experience Must be willing to travel up to 50% including overnight and national travel Compensation/Benefits: Base Salary: $53,500 + Variable Comp with On Target Earnings: $75,000 Medical/dental/vision/disability and life insurance, holidays, PTO, Flexible Spending Account, and 401(k) plan.
