Job Description

• Coordinate the development and implementation of new product manufacturing processes between Habana, foundry and Test houses operations engineering teams.

• Work closely with test and process engineers during bring-up and production release to drive debug activities, reliability qualification and FAB yield enhancement.

• Familiar with aspects of product development, ASIC methodology and product deployment.

• Project management skills and experience highly desirable.

• Communicate technical product status to management.

Qualifications

• EE from a known university.

• More than 5 years' experience test engineering on Advantest 93K (prefer)

• In-depth knowledge of IC production flow from wafer fabrication through wafer sort and packaging to final tests.

• Past experience with IC productization process, and transfer to high volume manufacturing stage.

• Experience in CMOS circuit and semiconductor device physics background a plus.

• Deep knowledge in Release to Production flow and definitions

• Deep Knowledge in characterization flow

• Experience in qualification tests for IC

• Good communication skills and data analysis, willing to learn.

• Ability to lead a project or a small engineering group.

• Fluent English - writing, verbal and good communications skills

• Self learning capabilities

• Highly motivated character, willing to work at a very demanding environment
