Modality Sales Specialist – MoS&DXR

Job Description

In this role, you would be will be:

In this role, you have the opportunity to responsible for promoting Mobile Surgery(MoS) and Digital X-ray(DXR) products & systems and maximizing customer satisfaction. And supports Account Managers in the area of acquisition, configuration and calculation while developing and optimizing the customer relationship in order to ensure the long-term profitability in the defined number of accounts. Develop, lead, and implement marketing plan, key programs, and support to drive procedure adoption of Philips MoS&DXR in radiology.

이역할은필립스의Mobile Surgery와Digital X-ray 제품(이하 MoS&DXR)및시스템을홍보하고고객만족도를극대화하는책임을맡게됩니다. 또한, 어카운트매니저들에게 acquisition, configuration and calculation 부분에대한지원을하며고객관계를개발하고최적화함으로써장기적인수익성을보장합니다. 필립스MoS&DXR의프로시저채택을촉진하기위해마케팅계획, 주요프로그램및지원을개발, 주도하고실행합니다.

You will be responsible for:

  • Promote MoS&DXR products, systems and services in customer visits, product & workstation demonstrations, seminars and trade shows.

  • Deploy strategies and tactical plans for the indirect sales channel.

  • Execute marketing plan for MoS&DXR and deploy programs to the districts to drive business.

  • Oversee distributor management, drive the regional or district business by business analysis, planning and execution for MoS&DXR and review in close cooperation with the MoS&DXR Business Manager. Execute corrective actions when required.

  • Follow through sales processes applying appropriate sales tools, tactics and strategies in order to the Account Manager who can close the deal.

  • Provide input in the generation of order intake / sales forecast.

  • Participate in the district sales planning exercise for the BIU, supporting quality of funnel management.

  • Provide information about market trends, competitor’s sales practices and potential projects to MoS&DXR Business Manager.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find it easy to do business with Philips Healthcare.

  • Responsible to drive local product launches in line with the global strategy and the overall market's business and marketing strategy.

  • Develop and leverage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the Market.

  • Indirect Sales Channel의영업전략및계획을수립하고관리합니다.

  • MoS&DXR를위한마케팅계획을실행하고지역에프로그램을배포하여사업을촉진합니다.

  • Distributor정책을관리하며,시장분석및계획수립, 실행을통해비즈니스기회를극대화합니다. MoS&DXR비즈니스매니저와긴밀한협력하에전략을검토하고개선합니다.

  • 적절한도구, 마켓인사이트,전술및전략을적용하여영업팀어카운트매니저를지원하며계약을완료하기위한판매프로세스를주도및지원합니다

  • 오더 intake와세일즈포캐스트입력을합니다.

  • BIU를위한영업계획수립에참여하여퀄리티있는퍼널관리를지원합니다.

  • 시장동향, 경쟁사의판매관행및잠재적인프로젝트에대한정보를파악하여MoS&DXR비즈니스매니저에게보고합니다.

  • 비즈니스가원활하게진행되도록모든고객요청에적시에대응하여고객만족도를보장합니다.

  • 글로벌전략과시장의비즈니스및마케팅전략에부합하도록현지제품출시를주도합니다.

  • KOL(Key Opinion Leader)과의네트워크를발전시키고비즈니스기회를위해레버리지합니다.

To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • University degree or above.

  • About 10 years of experience in sales or clinical environment within imaging systems or medical devices area.

  • Relevant experience (B2B, B2C, B2G, product marketing), and in brand management, new product launches and campaign management in Healthcare.

  • Experience in Channel Partners network management preferred.

  • Passion and motivation for sales and business challenges.

  • Resilience and ability to influence others.

  • Customer orientation, good communication and analytical skill.

  • Flexibility to travel across Korea.

  • Fluent Korean and English required.

  • 4년제대학교학위이상.

  • 의료이미징시스템또는관련의료기기분야에서10년내외의영업혹은임상환경경험

  • B2B, B2C, B2G 제품마케팅과관련된경험및의료분야에서브랜드관리, 신제품출시및캠페인관리경험

  • 채널파트너를통한비즈니스관리경험우대
