[Summary]

The customer service specialist is responsible for answering the external customer’ and internal stakeholders’ requests promptly and provide accurate information such as shipment date, billing amount, the total stock, etc. The key focus areas include; communication with customers & internal stakeholders in relation to orders & deliveries, manual order transactions, process improvement project execution and training for customers

[Responsibilities]

  1. Manage VOC (Voice of Customers) including inquiries and complaints and establish preventive action in relation to issues. Respond to customers’ and stakeholders’ inquiries from the phone or any other channel promptly

  2. Manage and monitoring billing process and manual order processing into ERP (SAP) system

  3. Collaborate / communicate with Planning & Commercial team or any other internal stakeholders to allocate stock for better management of back orders

  4. Process non-sales orders (Sample, Sample Return, Warranty, Inspection, Donation...)

  5. Communicate with 3PL in real-time to check warehousing of goods and deliver the products on time

  6. Register / monitor the DSI (Delivery Service Issues) and report to Customer service lead on a regular basis

  7. Involve monthly team meeting to share the key achievement and plan for next month

  8. Training business partners and new sales employee about overall business flow, order types and order system operation

  9. Engage in the process improvement project together with the regional team to enhance the operation efficiency

  10. Involve in the regional project to enhance systems within the customer service team

  11. Effective collaboration with stakeholders (Customers, Commercial, AR team, Tax team, HCC team, PwC (external audit))

  12. Perform the month end closing activities

[Requirements]

  • More than 5 years of experience in customer services

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office

  • Strong command in English and Korean

  • Strong communication skills and customer (internal and external) focused attitude

  • Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time efficiently.

  • Knowledge of medical consignment business and order type
