Bausch Health Clinical Operations Associate in Seoul, South Korea

• Train internal staff to deliver customer training on equipment use using demonstrated ability to effectively perform an installation and treatment training session per the installation and training presentation.

• Deliver customer training on equipment use using the current Solta approved treatment guidelines.

• Implement effective follow-up training to coach, confirm, and monitor efficacy of internal staff and customers.

• Development of tools and resources for training and education.

• Act as an expert within the specific therapeutic areas to provide support and problem-solving to HCPs and internal staff.

• Influence customer and support sales/marketing to drive top/bottom line in a compliant and scientific way.

• Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products and train clinical specialists about Solta product’s competitive advantages over competitive products.

• Update internal team and customers on the latest product, therapy and technology developments in the industry by actively engaging in procedural and technical discussion.

• Connect and communicate with Regional Clinical Advisor to update clinical and training materials, and shared resources.

• Manage/liaise company/investigator initiated clinical studies within the country.

• Support Sale and Marketing to arrange trade shows, company-organized events, professional meetings & workshops and patient seminars.

• 50-60% field work to customer accounts, patient seminars, trade shows, workshops or other events.

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent Solta with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty and professionalism, to include professional standard of dress and courtesy at all times.

• Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders including Commercial, Regulatory, Medical Affairs and Regional Clinical teams on all medical/clinical matters related to the territory.

• Filing of training records and clinical references.

Requirements

• BA/BS in nursing or other health care field or 4 year degree with health care/clinical experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

• Must have clear, confident oral presentation skills and strong business ethics.

• Minimum of 5 years work experience in a clinical or health care field. Experience in the cosmetic/aesthetic field is preferred.

• Must have previous training experience in a clinical practice with experience positioning and promoting procedures within the practice to maximize utilization and sales.
