Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Design Engineering Manager to deliver WSF terminal Capital Program and Electrification projects on time and within budget. This position is ultimately responsible for key decisions related to project management planning, NEPA/SEPA Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) process, practical solutions, budget, and schedule. The Design Program Manager is required to make strategic decisions that will have a great influence on the success or failure of the projects. The position provides guidance, oversight, and schedule/budget.
