Amazon Program Manager, Promotions Quality, Amazon Fresh Grocery in Seattle, Washington

Description

Interested in working on an innovative and high-impact business that is changing the way customers think about grocery? The Amazon Fresh Grocery team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead quality development for our promotional plans.

In this role, you will maintain a high bar for our promotional quality to surprise and delight our customers across both instore and online channels. You will work cross-functionally with Category Managers, Marketing, Program Managers, and Support teams to deliver best-in-class value across the grocery space.

Key job responsibilities

-Lead proactive quality audits to deliver an excellent customer experience

-Build roadmaps and uncover opportunities to improve promotional quality and effectiveness

-Contribute to director level promotional reviews to report on the quality of our plans

-Consult with strategy teams to ensure all initiatives meet a high bar for quality

-Partner with BI & Product teams to inform on tool or data improvements needed

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of with Excel experience

  • Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience

  • 3+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements

  • Experience in pricing and promotions project/program management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $58,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
