Nvidia Senior HR Business Partner – HR4HR in Santa Clara, California

We are now looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) supporting the Human Resources organization. This role in HR will lead the organization and talent development activities for NVIDIA HR. This partner will facilitate our initiatives and goal planning and track progress. This person will build and lead talent management activities (such as talent movement and mobility, skills assessment, talent forecasting, development programs, all with the intent to build skills needed to meet future needs). This role will also be responsible for assessing various inputs to build and implement organizational plans that support development of the environment and recognition programs. You will work closely with the HR leadership team to ensure that high quality processes and programs are developed that lead to tangible positive impact on the business. You should have extensive experience building business-aligned programs and leading teams to have business impact. The person needs to have a sense of vision and be a strong practitioner to ensure the vision materializes through high quality, impactful programs. Continuously test and iterate new ideas for assessment and development that can be tested in HR for the company.

What you'll be doing:

  • Org Effectiveness: Organizational development and team support

  • Onboarding: New hires onboarding program and new manager development

  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling HR issues with empathy, fairness, and confidentiality.

  • Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to ensure effective performance management, coaching, and development plans for team members.

  • Skill Building and Development: Identify training needs to develop and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

  • Employee Engagement: Create and implement strategies to maintain employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives for HR, fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-driven decisions and improvements.

  • Change Management: Assist in organizational changes and transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.

What we need to see:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field or business (or equivalent experience)

  • 10+ years Human Resources client-facing or relevant experience

  • Strong talent development capabilities; high assessment skills and the ability to attract and engage talent, and manage internal mobility.

  • Outstanding analytical problem-solving skills with a passion for data integrity, process definition, and continuous learning

  • Adept in Microsoft Office and Workday /HRIS systems, with advanced knowledge of Excel

  • Strong business insight with a keen ability to quickly assimilate new information

  • Knowledge in organization assessment, planning, and development; experience with change management a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to establish trust, fairness, and credibility with employees, managers, and other partners in a multicultural environment

  • Experience conducting group facilitation and supporting training program rollouts

  • Excellent program and project management skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The base salary range is 176,000 USD - 356,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
