As a Revenue Cycle Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in specifying and writing features, stories, and requirements for software development, focusing on patient access and revenue cycle workflows in healthcare settings. Collaborating with operational consultants, you ensure that product designs align with end user needs. With expertise in multiple domains of revenue cycle operations, you act as a leader on the Scrum team, solving complex problems through analytical skills. Your responsibilities extend to prioritizing, planning, and managing product feature development, overseeing training programs for client staff, and addressing matters of significance related to quality assurance and technical support.

Requirements

About the role:

Write and define software features, stories, and requirements to enhance Rev Cycle workflows in hospital and healthcare provider organizations.

Collaborate closely with operational consultants to integrate and align software functionalities.

Plan, prioritize, and manage the development of product features.

Work together with the development team to enhance coding

Showcase your exceptional understanding of revenue cycle operations in a hospital setting.

Investigate and resolve quality assurance matters promptly and efficiently.

Demonstrate a clear understanding of customer needs while maintaining a balanced approach

Be responsible for managing the backlog of software features and user stories.

Provide detailed reports on common technical issues or answer questions relating to the software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Prior experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Patient Access workflows and systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience working in an agile development environment.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for enhancing the patient experience and improving healthcare processes.

Benefits

The salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $149,000 and is a hybrid role in our San Diego office.
