The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and previous experience in a management role. As the Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and driving sales by leading and developing a team of sales associates.
