Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a solution oriented Sr. Salesforce Developer for one of our large retail clients. This role will require hybrid - onsite in Richmond, VA. The Salesforce Developer will be supporting a large product team to build features and customizations for an sms and web chat applications that make it easier for customer service agents to connect and support customers. The person will be responsible for developing custom LWC components using JavaScript and Aura framework. Writing efficient Apex code to implement custom business logic, triggers, and batch processes. Design and implement robust solutions for data synchronization and communication with external vendors. Troubleshoot existing codebase and enhance legacy code to align with best practices. Additionally, this role will participate in building the ground work for implementing more extensive AI features into this environment.

5+ years of development experience with LWC, Aura, Apex, JavaScript, CSS Integrations with external systems
