We are looking for a forward-thinking collaborator who can partner with stakeholders and leaders across the organization - within and beyond HR - to strengthen our caregiver experience through a cohesive strategy, programs and a relentless focus on outcomes: the attraction and retention of caregivers. In this role, you will be responsible for evolving our caregiver experience strategy, identifying the "moments that matter" throughout the caregiver lifecycle, and building or enhancing solutions that make improvements. These include building leader accountability and capability to understand, and act on caregiver feedback; identifying and addressing experience improvement opportunities that are systemic or focused on specific caregiver groups; guiding leaders who own experience and retention programs - for example DEI programs, well-being and burnout; and for accelerating our ability to recognize caregivers and leaders through existing and new programs. This role works Hybrid and the expectation is that you will work on site one day a week, plus be onsite for monthly team meetings. Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Required qualifications: 8 years of Practitioner with demonstrated ability to add value to strategic objectives of an organization using a variety of talent management and learning & development methodologies. 5 years of Demonstrated expertise in a broad range of talent development methods, and in the design, implementation, and execution of development solutions across a variety of functions. 5 years of experience with all aspects of talent including Performance Management, Strategic Workforce development, Talent scorecard/succession, Accelerated Development and Learning. Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Organization Development, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration.
