Join our team as an Junior Project Manager!

AIS WSI Europe is part of the AVAIL group with branches in the USA, Canada, Brazil, India, Singapore, Poland and the Netherlands. For over 45 years, we have been providing solutions in the field of anti-corrosion, anti-erosion protection, hardfacing services, surfacing and engineering services to the needs of our clients around the world. The recipients of our services are clients from the Oil & Gas industry, petrochemical plants, cellulose and pulp mills, waste to energy plants and the nuclear industry.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer project technical and commercial objectives are met according to the plan and expectations.

  • Ensure good relations and effective communication between customer and project teams.

  • Coordination, alignment, support and guidance to the project team (production, quality, sales, logistics, procurement, accounting, and management) during project execution.

  • Preparation of technical-commercial offers. Gathering and synthesize data from company departments and subcontractors.

  • Reporting (periodically) of project status and summary of project final results.

  • Project risk management (identification, communication, mitigation) in technical, execution and commercial aspects.

    Our expectations:

  • Higher technical education.

  • Post graduate studies or courses in project management are additional advantages.

  • Knowledge of Prince2 or PMI is additional advantage.

  • One year experience in project management, technology, production administration, production coordination, or production support.

  • Fluency in English in everyday communication.

  • Knowledge of German or French is an additional advantage.

  • Ability to read technical drawings.

  • Ability to read technical specifications.

  • Ability to read commercial documents.

  • Organizational and coordination skills.

  • Independence, accuracy and punctuality of performing tasks and a creative approach to solving problems.

  • Knowledge of MS Excel.

  • Knowledge of MS Project is an additional advantage.
