Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary:The Market Manager/VP of Sales has ownership of the P&L and Total Gen Revenue budgets for the market and drives revenue generation on our assets, develops sales strategies for execution in the market, and builds an asset development plan in partnership with key market leaders. Key to success is the attraction and retention of high performing, diverse sales talent. This role is committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sustainable, sales targets achievement. The Market Manager/VP of Sales is the change agent, cultural ambassador, and onsite administrator for the branch. Job Responsibilities: Implements targeted, customer-centric initiatives that drive revenue growth by leveraging appropriate resources and partnering with key stakeholders. Drives for revenue goal attainment, both quarterly and annually and accurately reports to Senior Leadership through revenue reporting, projections, and forecasts. Delivers revenue expectations in alignment with EBITDA goals for the market, region, and organization. Uses professional network and other resources to attract and retain high performing, diverse sales talent. Participates in the strategic development of marketing programs and digital strategies to drive revenue and achieve business objectives. Manages, coaches, and develops their sales team, holds them accountable against metrics and customer expectations, provides recognition and performance feedback by maximizing individual\'s talents. Understands, supports, and respects utilizing the production of revenue, customer centricity and retention through execution. Cultivates marketplace insights that generate new opportunities while helping to grow share with the existing customer base of customers. Engages with a National Sales organization and their supporting teams to develop impactful and effective marketing resources. Oversees enterprise-wide changes and administrative control in policies and practices. Is the administrator and local point of contact for issues that arise in the daily operation of the branch.
