Job Overview

In this role you will be part of ESG Supply Chain organization and reporting to the VP, Supply Chain ESG and Facilities. You will join our organization as Manager Supply Chain ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance). This is a new role within our function which plays a critical role in developing, managing, and overseeing our ESG/sustainability Programs and Projects/working groups, internal controls, and governance. You will collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders, including operations, sustainability, procurement, engineering, finance, and EHS teams.

• ESG Reporting & Strategy Development: Work in partnership with senior management, internal Stakeholders, and external consultants to assist current and develop new ESG reporting for the company (CBAM, Scope 3, etc)

• Policy and Framework Implementation: Design and implement ESG policies, guidelines, and frameworks in alignment with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations. Ensure the policies are effectively communicated across the organization.

• Reporting- Work with external auditors to create a Global reporting which meets TE Connectivity LTD but as well companywide Legal Entity reporting requirements.

• Data Management: Oversee data collection, verification, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of ESG data. Work in partnership with relevant teams and implement effective data management systems and tools to enable compliant global, regional and entity reporting requirements.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing the company's Supply Chain ESG process and controls and propose innovative solutions. Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and track the effectiveness of implemented initiatives.

• Compliance and Risk Management: Stay up-to-date with evolving ESG regulations, standards, and disclosure requirements. Identify and assess potential ESG risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and minimize reputational and operational risks, in conjunction with global government affairs and risk management teams.

• Closely monitor ESG developments on CBAM, regulations and other upcoming developments and build networks with peers on interpretations and best practices

What your background should look like:

• University Degree in ESG, Sustainability, Project Management or similar

• 10+ years of experience in project management with Environmental sustainability knowledge , and a passion for ESG. Experience in working in an international environment and matrix structure.

• Has the ability to implement long term strategy with YOY metric and KPI tracking.

• Knowledge of Carbon accounting and reporting.

• Key Leadership expectations: Thrive in matrixed organization, grasping the dynamics of consensus-building and persuasion

• Extensive experience with managing relationships with stakeholders on a strategic level; Being able to translate complex information into easy-to-apply guidance

• Experience with implementing reporting standards and policies

• Experience in the audit preparation or external reporting of listed multinational companies

• Strong project management skills with the drive to achieve results on time with good quality

• Collective mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Strong analytical skills

COMPENSATION

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $133,680-200,520 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
