Job Summary:Responsible for program planning, tracking, analysis and reporting for the creation and maintenance of technical and training documentation.

Essential Job Functions:

• Interface with customer, subcontractors, project managers, contracts, and senior technical personnel
• Develop graphics and briefings suitable for senior level Government and Military personnel
• Research, develop and write user focused and maintainer focused technical documentation and training materials for military and commercial systems.
• Edit technical publications to meet CDRL requirements
• Learn and understand the technical design of the system well enough to be effective at transforming input from developers and engineers into written and graphical documents that are understandable by users and customers
• Support and develop training materials for software centric IT systems
• Develop, maintain, and meet schedule for tasks

Required Skills:

• Strong presentation, communication, and training skills
• Understanding of how to effectively use and communicate information using Jira and Confluence in an Agile environment
• Strong skills in MS Office, MS Project, and Visio
• Strong skills in programs for developing graphics, including Visio, Adobe, and PowerPoint
• Strong time management skills to complete assignments on schedule
• Must have good organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple activities effectively
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision

Required Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting or Finance preferred, work related experience can be substituted for degree
• Eight+ years of related job experience in working on government DoD programs, preferably with a cyber focus

Other Requirements:Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U. S. Citizenship status with ability to obtain a Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph. Security Clearance requirements will be specified in the Government's Task Order.

This is an onsite position.

This position may require some travel OCONUS/CONUS.
