What Is the Opportunity?

Responsible for researching, analyzing and executing in the system broker and user set up, along with complex license/appointment contracting coding discrepancies, issues, questions for internal/external customers. Responsible for the successful on boarding of Travelers Brokers and brokerages, includes administration, broker access to systems, downloads, uploads and back end system set up. Provides assistance to resolve problems and provide excellent customer service.

What Will You Do?

  • Processes appointment, termination, re-affiliation, control changes, address changes, name changes for brokers

  • Research and analyze complex Broker Administration issues related to processing, user access, workflow, quality, backgrounds and systems

  • Responsible for broker and user set up in all appropriate and relevant Travelers systems enabling broker to transact / access business.

  • Process and advise on all types of transactions

  • Keeps up to date on regulatory changes, guidelines, etc. and other ongoing training

  • Accountable for understanding and supporting emerging business plans and strategies

  • May assist with special projects and other functions as needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred

  • Insurance industry study preferred

What is a Must Have?

  • High school diploma or GED
