Position Summary

You will be the Manager, Product Owner for the Kinesso Audience Solutions (KAS) Core Data team, responsible for owning end to end workflows for all data sources in KAS, serving as the subject matter expert for all data sources, and development/expansion of global capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as subject matter expert on all data within the Kinesso Audience Solutions (KAS) stack
  • Collaborate with end users to understand data needs for audience creation and delivery
  • Manage end to end workflow for all new and existing data sources including project management, data QA, and collaboration with relevant teams
  • Work with Engineering teams on data ingestion for all data sources within the KAS stack
  • Lead data QA to ensure data delivered to end users meets data quality standards defined by team
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to create and maintain product documentation for all data sources including user guides, release notes, and usage guidelines
  • Contribute to roadmap planning to meet IPG wide data needs
  • Assist in global rollout of Audience capabilities and partner selection in new markets
  • Be a part of our larger Audience Product team and contribute to the core platform for our organization
  • Support the migration process away from Elastic Search by providing technical expertise and assisting with project management tasks.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a framework and methodology for auditing KAS data sources. Participate in regular meetings with agency stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on data usage, identification of unnecessary data, and exploration of potential new data sources and partnerships.
  • Assist in driving the initiative to achieve an automated fusion state for all data on a global scale by providing data analysis and technical support.
  • Support the establishment of a comprehensive data governance framework for market and user access to KAS and Console by providing data governance expertise and assisting with the development of policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a framework for opening new markets by providing market research and analysis, and assisting with the identification and evaluation of potential partners.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience working with relational databases (Snowflake experience preferred)
  • Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks
  • Understanding of 3PD datasets (both online and offline) and experience utilizing for audience creation and insights
  • Strong understanding of the product development life cycle and product management processes. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and purpose-led individual with a proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
  • Great understanding of data and the ability to use data to inform decision-making and prioritization.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. Prior project management experience is preferred.

Salary Range
$130,000-$150,000 USD
