CrowdStrike, Inc. Full time R18656 About the Role: The Pricing Analyst for CrowdStrike Financial Services (CFS) will provide pricing support and analysis for CFS s financing portfolio. What You ll Do: Perform pricing and profitability analysis Lead the development and update of the pricing model Coordinate with Treasury, Finance, and CFS senior leadership to optimize returns and grow the portfolio Provide support, guidance and training to CFS team members What You ll Need: 5+ years progressive experience in banking or captive financing in a high growth and fast paced environment, with at least 3+ years in pricing Experience with different pricing models for commercial financing products Advanced knowledge of macroeconomics, capital markets, financial instruments, and financial markets Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Finance Experience in helping design the company s risk profile from the ground up Continuous improvement mindset, ability to multitask, excellent communication, and effective collaboration skills across all levels Ability to deal with ambiguity and work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment with commitment to deliver under tight deadlines Acute attention to details; strong business judgment and autonomy High impact and clear communication skills to articulate a coherent strategy and plan, which instills confidence and trust with Sales, customers and partners Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills and ability to exercise good judgment #LI-MJ1 #LI-Remote We are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed.
