Position Summary Working under the supervision of the VP Center of Excellence, and in partnership with the service line and affiliate project and change management resources, along with the Continuous Improvement office and Finance, the Program Manager - Project Management Office, will be responsible for establishing key standard policies, procedures, and tools for project definition/scope, planning/resource definition, tracking, communications and control. The project management office will help maintain executive visibility to key initiatives and their progress. In addition, this Program Manager, will act as a consultant to service line or affiliate project management resources and develop/provide basic project management curriculum to affiliates in order to increase overall project management discipline and understanding. This individual, along with other PMO resources, will directly manage large/key initiatives for Versiti as agreed to by the VP Center of Excellence and executive sponsor(s).
