Excellent opportunity for a dynamic Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with interest in Orthopedic Hand Surgery to join our highly trained team of OrthopedicSurgeons at Banner Baywood Medical Center. Weprovide care to a varied group ofpatients withorthopedic hand surgical needs.Our PA/ACNPwill round on patients onthe hospital floor;seepatients in the orthopedicsurgeryclinic and provide surgical first assist in the OR. Qualified candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment andwork effectively within a team.

Requirements:

• Board Certification as a Physician Assistantor Acute Care Nurse Practitioner

• Licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of AZ

• Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substance

• Experienced APP with Orthopedic skill preferred; however, new graduates will be considered

• ACNP is required to have RNFA certificate at the time of application

• Current BLS & ACLS

Practice Details:

• Full-time | M-F, 8 AM 5 PM

• Surgical/Clinical position: 3 days of Clinic, 2 days of OR

• Call: Practice Call only no Hospital

• Practice includes: two surgeons, six APPs, dedicated MA & excellent support staff
