Qualifications:

\ * Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor\'s degree)\ * Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, operations, or related function supporting the quote-to-cash process. Prior experience in a direct management role (including experience managing remote employees) required.\ * Significant experience in leading and managing, a team. Proven ability to inspire and develop employees to achieve results.\ * Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels and across different departments or teams. Able to articulate strategic objectives confidently.\ * Demonstrates exceptional judgment and proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and issue resolution. Thinks creatively about challenges and develops win-win solutions for all stakeholders.\ * Highly self-motivated and team performance-driven. Able to lead and manage complex projects, complete assignments, and resolve issues proactively without oversight or direction.\ * Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.\ * Highly proficient with Salesforce.com (including dashboards and reporting) and has a comprehensive understanding of all primary Sales and Sales Operations systems and processes including, but not limited to Salesforce, Apttus CPQ/CLM, SPM. Advanced system/process knowledge (including upstream and downstream) is required.\ * Fluency in English (spoken & written) is essential. For EMEA-based positions, other European languages would be advantageous

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is \$120,000 - \$140,000, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
