Overview

This position will be providing advanced administrative support on a variety of sensitive, complex and confidential administrative and clerical matters with a high degree of independence; coordinating daily calendars; planning appointments and events; assisting the team in maintaining effective public relations; acting as a liaison between management, staff, and the community; preparing reports and updating internal databases; distributing internal communication; performing specialized functions unique to the Western Sales Region.

Responsibilities

Western Team Travel - Concur:

o Coordinate travel (air, car, hotel) for Directors and Account Managers who travel 75% of the time. Be available for travel emergencies, last minute changes to schedule.

o Occasional responsibility for customer travel air, hotel) for Studio/Showroom meetings and customer events.

o Create, submit and monitor travel expenses and reimbursements for Directors and Account Managers.

o Assist Sales support members with travel needs (air, hotel, car).

Salesforce:

o Create new and monitor/update customer contacts. Work with Marketing to ensure accuracy.

o Run contact reports to use for parties or special events.

Sponsorships and Tribal Charitable Events:

o Golf tournaments, Pow Wows, sponsorship ads – register, coordinate with Sales, Secure approvals, manage submissions to Charitable Contributions by submitting grant request throughigt.com, create check requests.

o Maintain and analyze annual contributions budget and historical.

• Calendar Management– access to all; schedule meetings; manage calendars. Support VP as needed.

• Gaming license support as needed.

• PO Creation: SAP access, create check requests and use medius tool.

• Easy Vista – create IT requests, assist in troubleshooting – new laptop, software, email whitelist.

• Contact IGT Mobile to request phones & iPads; coordinate approvals.

• Purchasing Card – order office supplies for remote team members using Amazon Business.

• UPS – create labels for shipping.

• Weekly insights – collect insights from Western Region for VP western Sales. Consolidate and submit to VP on weekly basis.

• Volunteer to work at various sales event such as IGA, G2E, Sales Conference - travel required.

• G2E & IGA – customer booth meeting schedules; coordinate for directors and AMs as needed

• Executive Customer Meetings – create customer briefings, trip itinerary, and meeting agendas.

Requirements

o High school diploma and 1-3 years of administrative experience.

o Demonstrated work experience with Concur preferred.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $33,600 - $64,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
