NetCentrics is actively recruiting for a part-timeOffice/Human Resources Assistantto join our team! Position is approximately 20 to 25 hours a week and pays $20 an hour.

Position Overview:

  • Provide administrative support to the office, including managing the front desk, phone calls, emails, greeting guest, managing incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, ordering background checks, scheduling interviews, and occasionally sourcing for vacancies.
  • Help organize company events, meetings, conferences including scheduling, ordering food, coordinating logistics and preparing materials.
  • Maintain and update office supplies inventory, ensuring availability of necessary items.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives such as Bring Your Kid to Work Day, Intern program and other company and HR related events.
  • Manage general office duties and vendors as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Desire to learn, grow and have a curious nature.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Exceptional people skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
