Description We are offering an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Public Sector space, based in Hanover, Maryland. This role is crucial in supporting our builders, being the point of contact for policy guidance, performance management consulting, and conducting investigations. You will be consulting on compensation, prioritizing the needs of our builders in a high-volume environment, and making a lot of high judgement decisions. You will work with a wide range of HR Professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Offer policy guidance to our builders in the public sector space

• Provide performance management consulting to optimize productivity

• Conduct investigations as needed, ensuring transparency and fairness

• Consulting on compensation to ensure fair and competitive pay structures

• Prioritize the needs of builders in a high-volume environment, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently

• Make high judgement decisions, utilizing your expertise and understanding of the industry

• Work with a range of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment

• Use AWS Technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency

• Administer Human Resources (HR) procedures, upholding company standards and best practices

• Oversee and manage compensation administration, ensuring fair and competitive compensation for all staff. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role

• Proficiency in planning and organizing tasks and work responsibilities

• Understanding of policies, procedures, and practices within customer service

• Experience in human resources administration

• Proven ability to supervise a team and manage performance

• Consulting skills to provide solutions to customer queries and complaints

• Knowledge of compensation administration within a customer service setting

• Familiarity with AWS technologies

• Ability to conduct investigations in customer service cases

• Creativity in problem-solving and developing customer service strategies

• Experience working with public sector organizations is a plus.
