The Growth Operations Lead will work collaboratively across the growth organization to ensure data integrity and process efficiencies. In this role, you are expected to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handle multiple simultaneous tasks, and proactively identify gaps and areas for improvement for the Growth operations overall.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Operations Management : Ability to successfully manage and mentor a small team in a hybrid environment. Oversee and direct business planning activities and scheduling of Growth presentations such as Bid Board reviews, Top Deal reviews, and Capture Review meetings to assist with opportunity velocity. Streamline and coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across departments. Organize ideas, projects, people, time, and resources necessary to keep all projects moving forward. Support event planning activities.

  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication channels between internal and external stakeholders. Act as the point of contact for operations questions managing Growth and Capabilities email account, Slack channels, Teams and Inside pages. Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and other communication materials as needed. Assist with Growth Academy and Enablement functions such as site management, module creation, and communications.

  • Data Management : Assess validity, completeness, consistency, and uniformity of data to address data quality issues in support of clean data within the CRM system. Implement and maintain data in CRM and ensure the Growth Operations team is maximizing use of the tool within Operations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the organization's policies, programs, and projects. Conduct research, analyze data, and synthesize information to provide accurate and timely reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience or Masters Degree with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience. Will consider relevant job experience in lieu of education requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing small teams in a remote and in person environment.

  • Strong leadership, project management, planning, and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Highly proficient in Google platform and Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel, SharePoint and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce and database driven applications preferred.

  • Multi-tasking and communications skills to develop, organize, facilitate, coordinate, and execute actions across the org related to all Growth and Capabilities initiatives.

  • Ability to gain internal support, operate independently with limited supervision, and establish a solid working relationship with senior management, BD staff, and peers in the Group and across ManTech.

Clearance Requirements

  • No clearance required. Must be a US Citizen

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
