The primary responsibility of the Client Manager is to take full ownership of his/her assigned accounts and manage and grow relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas. They are able to do so by leveraging NTT(Ltd)’s tools and methodologies to analyze the client’s situation and business requirements. They possess advanced planning skills to co-ordinate the interaction of a number of NTT(Ltd) role-players in different geographies during the sales engagement. They display strategic thinking capabilities, a high level of business acumen and deep knowledge of the latest trends in terms of technology sales methods and approaches.

Working at NTT

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager who can support the achievement of sales targets and drives continuous growth by establishing and maintaining strong sales and marketing strategies, with specific focus on IT infrastructure project in variety of industry.

Your main focus should be:

  • Seeking new clients and establishing relationships to understand their business strategy and priorities; consult to help them solve their problems with NTT’s technology and solutions

  • Work with Pre-Sale team to prepare solutions that solve clients’ issues.

  • Perform role of principle client contact from the bid stage to the finalization of the project.

  • Take care commercial inquiries from clients during the project delivery

  • Look for opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell NTT’s services to Client and their partners in the eco-system

  • Keep abreast of market forces, activity and trends through review of literature and contact with industry personnel requirements

  • Develop open and effective channels of communication in with each client within the assigned account.

  • Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to additional services.

  • Become the reliable point of contact for clients that is required to establish a strong business relationship.

  • Report directly to Sales Manager

Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecoms

  • AT least 5 years working experience in Account Manager role (direct sales) in FSI, specifically:

  • Proven track experience in banking and financial services especially lending operation

  • Aware of modern bank trends, regulations

  • Knowledge of financial products, infrastructure, transaction applications

  • Ability to identify prospect needs and new digital market

  • Ability to build relationships thru a consultative approach

  • Have current strong relationship in FSI customer database: especially in top 10 joint-stock banks, financial companies in Vietnam

  • Good relationship with financial ISV and technology vendors for infrastructure

  • Experience in System Integration companies is a big plus.

  • Intermediate English skill to deliver a conversation

  • Excellent communication skills – oral, written and presentation to influence key stakeholders internally and externally

  • Strong ambition to win big projects, grow skills to be a Sales Manager

  • Proficient (Intermediate) in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), sales tools (e.g. Salesforce.com)
