Play a vital role in the foundation of our organization. As our DBA, you'll be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, security, and availability of our critical databases. You'll collaborate with various teams to understand data needs and implement efficient and robust database solutions.

What You'll Do:

· Install, configure, maintain, and optimize various database platforms (experience with specific platforms like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc., is a plus).

· Implement robust data security measures, minimizing risk and ensuring data integrity.

· Develop and maintain database backup and recovery procedures, guaranteeing data availability in case of any disruptions.

· Perform performance tuning and optimization, ensuring efficient data access and retrieval.

· Manage user access and permissions, safeguarding sensitive data while maintaining necessary functionality.

· Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to understand data needs and implement efficient solutions.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest database technologies and best practices.

Requirements

· 3+ years of experience in the data field (data analyst, database administrator, or similar) and a desire to grow

· Experience with SSIS, SSRS, and ETL pipelines

· Database scripting languages (e.g., T-SQL, PL/SQL)

· Cloud-based database management (AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database, etc.)

· High availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions
