Our Molding department in Brasov is looking for a new Leader for the Tooling team!

What you will do as a Team Leader Molding Toolshop:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of injection molding tools;

• Develop a preventive maintenance schedule for the molding tools based on the manufacturer's recommendations and the production volume;

• Prevent and resolve troubleshooting tooling issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs;

• Supervise and guide the team members in their daily tasks, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities within the tool shop;

• Overseeing precision machining processes such as CNC (Computer Numerical Control) milling, turning, and grinding to manufacture tool components with high accuracy and tight tolerances;

• Optimizing injection molding tool designs to achieve efficient material flow, uniform filling, and minimized cycle times while ensuring high-quality part production;

• Managing tooling costs and budgets for injection molding projects, optimizing tooling designs and production processes.

What will you need to succeed:

• Techical studies;

• Minimum 5 years experience in Molding Toolshop;

• Minum 3 years experience in team leading;

• Advanced English language skils;

• Nice to have: experience with multi-cultural teams.
