There is a new exciting opportunity to join the Oracle Consulting Sales team selling services to enable customers to move into the Cloud. Working alongside senior Sales Representatives, the successful candidate will support in qualifying opportunities, identifying appropriate solution proposals, articulate the Oracle Consulting value proposition and negotiate with prospective clients to win services contracts.

The chosen candidate will need to be a strong team player who can work closely with, and at times demonstrate leadership of a multi-functional team across Licence Sales, Consulting Delivery consultants, Pre-sales and selected Partners. The role will involve generating a pipeline of new business; formulating solutions and proposals to address customer needs and to drive consulting engagements in current customer accounts. Building long lasting relationships with customers is key.

We are looking for 0-2 years working experience who can think outside the box and are encouraged to bring creativity and passion to the team, working in a professional and proficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • the successful candidate will support the Senior Sales Executives with opportunities while learning the sales process within Oracle.

  • stay up to date with industry and product knowledge, develop a breadth of knowledge of Oracle’s products and services

  • in line with Oracle Consulting sales and delivery governance processes

  • an initial period the role will widen to include the following responsibilities:

  • identification, qualification and maximisation of consulting opportunities

  • and present the appropriate Oracle Consulting value proposition to prospective client(s)

  • the execution of sales activities including demonstrations, presentations and the bid process for generating a consulting sales proposal.

  • communicate and deliver the necessary sales documentation i.e. territory plans, close plans and qualification plans

  • the weekly pipeline review call to provide updates on opportunities

  • and maintain relationships with key decision makers in the designated accounts

  • the delivery of consulting services once a contract has signed to ensure clients remain satisfied

  • and communicate customer references/testimonials

Desired Skills / Attributes

  • strong interest in technology and a passion for sales

  • Fluent in English and German

  • Bachelor or Master's degree

  • Maximum of 2 years of professional work experience (after graduation)

  • verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • eagerness to work in a fast moving and challenging environment with a must win mentality

  • team player who can build strong relationships both externally and internally, who can collaborate across departments and can bring people together to reach the desired end goal.
