Amentum G35 Targeting/Senior Analyst in Fort Belvoir, Virginia

Responsibilities:
Shall conduct intelligence analysis to enable the development of human intelligence (HUMINT) and counterintelligence (CI) efforts, based on established analytical tradecraft methodologies and unit collection and targeting strategies
Shall provide detailed analysis necessary to support current and future, full-spectrum operations
Shall conduct analysis to prioritize topics and requirements and present this analysis in a weekly report
Shall facilitate the INSCOM targeting coordination board on a monthly basis, including scheduling conference rooms, consolidating briefings, taking notes, and disseminating executive summaries
Shall attend targeting meetings hosted by INSCOM Major Subordinate Commands
Shall conduct analytical exchanges and engagements
Shall identify critical vulnerabilities to army interests
Shall identify new CI target sets and nominate targets to the high payoff target list (HPTL)
Shall provide training on the targeting process to INSCOM action officers on a monthly basis
Training shall include relevant material within ATP 3-60 (Targeting), JP 3-60 (Joint Targeting), ATP 3-60.1 (Dynamic Targeting), ATP 2-01.3 (Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield/Battlespace), G3 Targeting SOP, and INSCOM-specific issues
Shall advise INSCOM G35 on the targeting process
Requirements:
Minimum of 15 years experience, with specific minimum requirements in each of the following fields:
Management (3 years or more)
All-Source Analysis (8 years or more.
Creditable experience in distinct fields cannot be combined (see above)
Must be a graduate of any of the following Military department all-source analysis certifying Courses:
Army – Military Intelligence Captains Career Course or service equivalent
Army – 350F Course or service equivalent
Army – 35F Course or service equivalent
Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and intelligence analytic techniques including trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and network or social network analysis
Understanding of Intelligence Support /Role in the MDMP
Experienced with data processing systems such as DCGS-A, CIDNE, and SIPRNET and JWICS search engines
Possess strong research and writing skills
