Job Summary:

[]{#_Hlk153816315}Infinite Management Solutions (IMS), is looking for an experienced Proposal Writer to develop and manage responses to Sources Sought (SS), Requests for information (RFIs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).  The Proposal Writer will write, edit, and submit proposals as part of a "rapid response" team and demonstrate a track record of executing successful proposals.

Responsibilities:

Manage a "rapid response" system that will quickly, proactively, and independently respond to SS, RFIs, and RFPs that are not currently on the pipeline

Lead proposal writing, editing, and reviewing to ensure responses are compliant with government parameters, highlight IMS capabilities and win themes, and encompass "one voice" for coherent, thoughtful responses

Identify and develop content and serve as a technical writer/lead for response

Interview subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed

Research opportunities and agencies to strengthen proposal responses by including appropriate agency
