Comerica Foreign Exchange Associate in Dallas, Texas

Foreign Exchange Analyst Position Responsibilities: * Develop expertise in all FX trading room systems. * Assist in the daily maintenance and business development efforts of all foreign exchange customer business and operations. * Develop understanding of back office and middle office functions and how these groups interact with the GCM - FX Group. * Be a self-starter when it comes to training and education for future professional development. * Guide branch colleagues, as needed, to provide a high level of service to the bank's client base. * Support FX management with reporting, special assignments, etc., as needed. * Assist senior GCM staff in structuring risk management strategies/programs for clients seeking to mitigate FX risk. * Maintain risk control of customer FX positions by coordinating with the interbank trading desk. * Adhere to the bank's overall goals toward credit policies and risk management, keeping records up to date. * Comply with the bank's KYC and AML goals and policies per bank's discretionary operating standards. * Maintain a high level of accuracy for all trades to limit the bank's exposure due to input error. * Develop knowledge of FX products and services, including Spot, forward, FX loans, FX deposits, etc. * Perform general administrative duties, as needed. Additional information: GCM - FX engages in the following documentation and systems: FX Master and ISDA documentation, US regulatory compliance documentation (ECP, GMEI), recap interpretation and credit approval requirements, foreign exchange markets, foreign exchange payments, KYC, AML, ECIS knowledge, Spectrum, Reuters, Comerica eFX, FX pricing, and transaction system input. Experience in market risk analytics is helpful. Knowledge of derivative risk management and pricing systems and analytics on Bloomberg is also helpful. After a training period is completed, the individual in this position will be directly responsible for generating client based non-interest income (NII). The candidate will be responsible for learning/training of specific job requirements from both the manager and current staff.
