Rite-Solutions, Inc is seeking a Geospatial Analyst to support in Dahlgren, VA in a hybrid capacity.

The Program

The Geospatial Analyst will be part of a team of experts charged with providing support in the areas of cyber analysis and cyber development capabilities in response to Navy's and DoD's needs for Cyber Situational Awareness (SA), Cyber Command and Control (C2), Mission Assurance, and Homeland Defense. Program scope includes identifying cyber key terrain by analyzing operational requirements, conducting cyber analyses and assessments, and developing and performing modeling and simulation in support of different cyber threat scenarios. The team will conduct cyber analyses and assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks, determine mission and operational impacts, and make appropriate mitigation recommendations. Additionally, program support includes developing methodology and framework in support of cyber risk assessment life cycle. Our team will provide capabilities to support the customer with rapid design, development, test, deployment, maintenance and operation of specific software and hardware capabilities to meet current Cyber Defensive needs.

Required Qualifications/Skills :

• U. S. Citizenship and an Active or Interim DoD SECRET clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance.

• Experience building, managing, and maintaining large-scale geospatial data holdings.

• Experience in developing GIS Cached Maps for high performance.

• Experience in developing custom web or desktop geographical information systems (GIS).

• Experience in producing cartographic map documents with ESRI's ArcMap or other open source mapping applications, using internet WMS and ArcGIS Services as data sources, and publishing map services to ArcGIS Server or other open-source GIS Server.

• Experience in 3D modeling (i.e. ArcGlobe, other 3rd party or open-source tools) or supporting tools to generate 3D graphics to develop 3D map products such as line-of-site, view-shed, or flood plain analysis.

• Experience in data processing based on geographical standards. Experience in data loading using ArcCatalog and ArcGIS Server.

• Experience in advanced geospatial analysis such as extract, proximity, overlay, or statistical analysis.

• Experience with ESRI's Model Builder or Python scripting language libraries such as ArcPy, Fiona, Shapely, etc. to generate automated geospatial data processes.

• Ability to work as a member of a self-organizing team without daily direct supervision.

• Ability to communicate effectively within a large, dynamic team environment.

• Willingness to try new things and grow.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.

  Desired Skills/Qualifications :

• Experience using, installing, and upgrading ESRI Desktop GIS v10+ software or ESRI ArcGIS Server v10+ software.

• Administrative experience in secure configuration and advanced tuning ArcGIS Server technology.

• Experience with hardware Data Appliance technologies (i.e. CJMTK Appliance, ESRI Data Appliance).

• Experience working with Open Source GIS Stack (GDAL, QGIS, GeoServer, PostGIS)

• Experience working on custom development software projects.

• Experience working with DoD customers.

• Experience working with ArcGIS Enterprise

• Experience working on cybersecurity projects.
