Job Description EXCITING REGIONAL SALES MANAGER POSITION WITH A GREAT WORK CULTURE AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT (IMMEDIATE) RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and implement action plans for individual order closure * Arrange project closure meetings and conduct project negotiations as required * Ensure engineering, operations and project managers are advised and understand order profiles prior to order acceptance * Interface with territorial agents as required * Responsible for both new equipment and upgrade / retrofit opportunities * Compile customer data and meeting / trip reports * Develop personal relationships with strategic customer personnel * Meet with prime customers on a regular basis (Domestic and International) * Maintain a good working knowledge of all products and services * Effective and clear delivery of product presentations * Compile and issue accurate product quotations and proposals * Organize and attend trade shows as requested * Determine customer strategic goals and objectives * Develop full understanding of customer requirements * Develop and maintain accurate order forecast information * Assist in the collection of general marketing information * Seek out and advise regarding competitor products and services * Develop complete and accurate equipment specifications with customer * Convey clear and concise specifications requirements in a timely manner * Develop a detailed working knowledge of, and follow internal processes * Become proficient in our ERP system to allow for swift and successful costing, quoting, and order placement activities * Conduct business in accordance with company and legal compliance laws * Other duties as assigned ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE * Convert order opportunities into sales orders * Develop good customer working relationships * Effectively promote products and services * Identify individual order opportunities * Transfer customer requirements to internal departments Supervisory Responsibility: * Customer management responsibilities * Sales order project responsibilities * Sales execution management responsibilities (costing, scoping, quoting and negotiating) * Assisting with spare parts sales and quoting activities as needed Responsibility for Contact with Others Outside of the Company: * This position fulfills a prime contact role with our customer base * Ability to work at all organizational levels, from maintenance personnel to high level directors, with all customers and/or sub-contractors Significant Mental/Physical Demands of the Position: * Account management, relationship development, opportunity generation and order closure * Extensive travel including some international visits, trips can be more than 1 week * Degree of travel is between 25% and 50%, domestic and international * High energy and a confident demeanorApply here: https://www.aplitrak.com/?adid=YmJnZW5lcmljLjE0MDY3LjEwNTA4QGhlaWNvY29tcC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20
