Key Responsibilities:

• Research, writing, and organizing information in a professional and credible manner.
• Conducting interviews with subject matter experts and key stakeholders.
• Reviewing products, services, and/or business ideas.
• Creating strategies for convincing others to take appropriate action.
• Prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.
• Editing and revising proposals according to feedback.
• Maintaining consistency in proposal writing by following company policies and direction of proposal lead.
• Working with the design team to create graphics and visuals for projects.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Attending meetings and identifying opportunities for enhancing proposal writing.
• Giving presentations to the executive board.
• Good strategic planning abilities.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Proposal Writing experience in the government contracting field.
