In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Review and clarify customer orders, quotes and follow-up special requests to complete orders according to customer expected Lead Time and Emerson Standards.

• Identify customer needs, understand technical requirements and collaborate closely with customer service team, project managers, sales teams, quality, procurement teams and factories in order to provide the best solution.

• Coordinate and expedite activities, revisions, and approvals with the assigned support teams.

• Maintain and upgrade internal databases.

• Maintain a very strong interaction and relationship with peers and business unit functional groups located globally.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• University degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a technical position.

• Good understanding of technical applications

• Advanced in English language (spoken and written).
