As a Sr ISC Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift here at Honeywell, you will report directly to our Production Manager and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production operations during the second shift at our facility in Clearwater, FL. You will lead a team of production workers and ensure that the manufacturing processes are efficient, safe, and meet quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating production schedules, monitoring productivity, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations. You will report directly to our Production Manager, and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our production operations, ensuring that products are manufactured on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities during the second shift.

• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Train and develop production workers to enhance their skills and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and optimize production processes.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
