Location/Division Specific Information

Carlsbad, CA / Global Services & Support

Within Global Service & Support, you will be under Operations and work with a broad team, across multiple functions and business units, and support our regional partners to contribute to productivity and growth.

How will you make an impact?

You will lead and individually contribute to multiple, cross-functional projects to help drive consistent and efficient execution of service and support efforts. As technology continues to advance at a fast pace, it is crucial for us to effectively manage the changes associated with implementing new software, systems, and technology solutions. You will play a key role in collaborating with internal business units, developing change management strategies, and ensuring the successful adoption and integration of these new technologies to help us navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with rapid technology growth.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with internal business units to understand their software, systems, and technology change needs and develop change management strategies accordingly

  • With Project Management, Leadership, and Operations, facilitate the planning, implementation, and monitoring of change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new software, systems, and technology solutions

  • Develop and execute effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about the purpose, benefits, and progress of projects, programs, or initiatives

  • Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities associated with software, systems, and technology implementations

  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials to support end-user adoption and proficiency in new initiatives

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and adjust as necessary to ensure successful adoption and integration of new solutions

  • Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders throughout the change process, addressing concerns and promoting a positive change culture

How will you get here?

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, change management or relevant field; Project Management Certification preferred

Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in change management, preferably in the context of software, systems, and technology changes

  • Proven track record of leading successful change management projects

  • Developing and executing change management plans and communication strategies

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Exceptional communication skills with an astute attention to detail & accuracy

  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices

  • Ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies

  • Ability to facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to drive change initiatives

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

  • Able to build effective relationships, influence people, drive accountability and resolve conflicts

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $113,500.00–$160,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
