The role will work closely with Digital CX experts, Digital US team, Digital Product eCommerce teams and eCommerce business teams, being an expert on US eCommerce digital products & innovations.

Main responsibilities:

• Accountable and responsible to deliver a workable product that delivers business value, every sprint.

• Owns the “Product” from a “What” and “Why” perspective, responsible for defining stories, and prioritizing the team backlog.

• Works with scrum master and engineering delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, and being readily available when issues arise that could delay the project.

• Ensures that Digital Product/computerized system meets all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements.

About you

• Ability to negotiate Yes/No with the Business and/or the Digital Towers.

• Experience with programming languages and database platforms.

• Experience with PAS-X is preferred, or experience with other MES solutions like Syncade, PharmaSuite, Simatic-IT is also acceptable.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Product Owner.
