The Sr Staff Architect is a highly influential technical leadership role, you will play a pivotal role in subscription lifecycle management domain as part of the wing-to-wing SaaS implementation. You will work closely with Product Management team & Cross IT team to understand business requirements, architect solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solution with SaaS product. This role requires deep process knowledge in SaaS based Oracle Fusion products and subscription management in healthcare/industrial domains, ability to drive robust & scalable feature/ solution for customers, strategic thinking and conflict management abilities to drive significant changes in processes, technology, and culture.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will

  • Lead the design and architecture of subscription management solutions using Oracle Fusion products, including Oracle Subscription Management Cloud Service (SMCS) and related modules.

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and define solution architectures that align with business objectives.

  • Develop detailed technical specifications, architectural designs, and implementation plans for subscription management solutions.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the release lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and architectural principles.

  • Work closely with Oracle Fusion product experts and partners to leverage platform capabilities, integrate with other systems, and extend functionality as needed.

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion subscription management solutions, overseeing deployment activities, testing, and quality assurance.

  • Conduct technical reviews and audits of solution implementations to ensure alignment with architectural guidelines, performance objectives, and security standards.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle Fusion subscription management solutions, providing mentorship, training, and support to internal teams and clients.

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in subscription management and Oracle Fusion, incorporating relevant advancements into our solutions.

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

  • Minimum of 12+ years of professional experience in software development & a minimum of 5 years experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead, with a focus on subscription management solutions using Oracle Fusion products.

  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion subscription management modules, including Subscription Management Cloud Service (SMCS), Billing, Revenue Management, and related functionalities.

  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based architectures using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Oracle Cloud Applications (SaaS).

  • Strong understanding of subscription management concepts, billing processes, revenue recognition principles, and industry best practices.

  • Experience with design and implementation of micro services, Rest API's & multiple system integrations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with product managers, stakeholders, and technical teams.

  • Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to lead complex projects, drive consensus, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.

  • Understanding of enterprise architecture patterns, especially on meeting performance, scalability and reliability CTQs

  • Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud, architecture, or subscription management are highly desirable.

  • Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus.
