We are recruiting a Corporate Affairs Trainee to support external communications activities of our Corporate Affairs team based in Belgrade.

Corporate Affairs Trainee

12 months contract

A day in the life of a Corporate Affairs Trainee

Support local Corporate Affairs team to Implement the company's external communication strategy in areas of:

  • Establish and maintain good relations with the media (on/off line), journalists and KOL, promoting the company's image from the perspective of NHW positioning, community development projects or sustainability

  • Facilitate and prepare any media output (on / off line) at corporate or brand level both in reactive and proactive situations

  • Support content development to promote topics of public interest in order to obtain "earned media" for the benefit of NiM or categories

  • Organize the company's public events and meetings with the press

  • Monitor daily the press and flag topics of interest or impact on Nestle

  • Contribute to the content update for nestle.rs website

What will make you successful?

  • We are looking for an energetic, creative and outward-looking personality.

  • Ideally, you have a Bachelor or Master degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or Marketing;

  • You have experience in project management, in the development of communications material (video editing, infographics, GIFs etc.) and digital assets;

  • Very strong written communication skills (proven journalistic writing experience will be considered as an advantage);

  • Excellent knowledge of Serbian & English language;

  • Good command of web marketing tools as well as Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel;

  • You are passionate about new communication & digital trends.
