The Senior Treasury Analyst (STA) will be responsible for assisting in various Treasury Transformation initiatives including the implementation of modules and functions within the Treasury management System (TMS). The STA will be involved in developing and implementing advanced treasury data analysis, data analytics and solutions that support the Treasury department’s needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop the roadmap for transformation of Treasury workflow and processes for future state by assessing current and future business needs, gauging existing capabilities, processes, and technology, especially TMS

• Oversee and maintain work plans, schedules, resource plans, metrics, and status reports for TMS implementation/enhancement.

• Enhance and maintain data integrity within the TMS and other treasury databases.

• Design custom reports and data displays for projects and standard report formats for ongoing functions based on organizational needs for information. Design and prepare reports by accessing databases or by consolidating data from multiple sources.

• Coordinate cross functionally to promote awareness through reporting and data visualization. Create and maintain Treasury databases and repositories; create dashboards to track and report on metrics. Consolidate, manage, and manipulate data from multiple sources for analysis, identifying trends, and sharing insights.

• Monitor and report on market data including macroeconomics and peers/competitors Support Accounting, Tax, FPA, Audit, IT, Loss Prevention, and other functions as they relate to Treasury transactions and entity structures.

• Recommend and implement solutions to strengthen operational controls, introduce efficiencies, automate processes, and incorporate best practices for the Inspire Company Restaurant Cash Management Program

• Work with FP&A on developing operating cash flow forecasts, enhance visibility into global cash balances, optimize working capital and establish metrics/key performance indicators.

• Act as a Treasury liaison with the company’s business units in analyzing Treasury KPI’s and perform ad hoc analyses, inquiries and related matters.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES

• 2 - 5 years in Treasury, Payments, Finance, Accounting or similar role

• Strong Microsoft Office Skills- including MS Automate, SharePoint and Power BI

• Working Knowledge of Tableau preferred

• Working Knowledge of Python, SQL preferred

• Use of Data Analytics and Visualization Tools

• Ability to Organize and Synthesize Unstructured Data

• Thorough knowledge of databases, reporting methods and formats and appropriate reporting languages

• Skill in operation of computers to retrieve data and prepare reports and presentations; in writing narrative reports;

• Skill in leading groups and in speaking to groups

• Ability to organize and present data in presentations and narrative reports

• Ability to review data and identify data trends and/or inconsistencies.
