As the Sr Treasury Analyst, you will support all aspects of Nestlé’s North American Treasury Operations, including cash management, M&A execution support and integrate acquisitions, and help drive initiatives to leverage treasury technology solutions to optimize automation, enhance controls and support Nestlé USA’s growth.

Major responsibilities:

  • Execute domestic and international daily cash management and banking duties, including cash movements, cash positioning, payment issue resolution and banking platform management.

  • Identify new banking innovations and emerging technologies (i.e. FinTech) that can be leveraged to drive process standardization, increase efficiency, reduce costs and enhance controls.

  • Partner across organizations and cross-functional teams to implement strategic and operational improvements to support business growth, enhance internal controls and efficiencies.

  • Manage Treasury Management Systems and support system implementation initiatives and related projects.

  • Support banking administration including, bank account management, tracking, monitoring, and coordination; this also includes signatory administration, opening/closing bank accounts, negotiating and documentation.

  • Prepare regular and adhoc reporting of Treasury results and manage efforts to continuously drive reporting improvements.

  • Support banking fees reporting and management.

  • Support other corporate finance activities as needed, including M&A activities, FX execution, and capital market activities.

  • Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures, including audit and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business, economics or related field

  • 4 years of business experience in treasury, corporate finance, accounting or a related area

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of cash management experience and knowledge of US and international corporate banking services, payment processing and networks as well as experience with cash pooling structures

  • Deep experience with Treasury Management Systems (i.e. Quantum and Wallstreet Systems), FX trading systems (i.e. FXall and 360T), bank portals, payment systems, ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Bloomberg

  • CTP, CFA or MBA designation or progress toward completion preferred

  • Strong Microsoft Office suite capabilities

  • Ability to leverage systems or technology to automate processes

  • Knowledge of the consumer packaged goods industry

  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present to senior management

  • Strong project management skills
