Description
The Equipment & Maintenance Coordinator will provide support to the Tool & Equipment Warehouse by tracking and managing equipment schedules and maintenance needs. This position will coordinate with site teams to ensure proper equipment is utilized.
Responsible for maintaining the Equipment Maintenance Schedule, obtaining equipment hours from jobsites and shops, and scheduling maintenance with the Project Management team based on the hours and schedule.
Enter, track, and maintain work orders in Tool & Equipment Management System.
Charge out and track equipment and maintenance costs to applicable jobsites.
Maintain tool and equipment parts inventory and orders parts and shop supplies based on needs.
Ensure compliance of equipment with all required DOT and OSHA inspections.
Develop and maintain all maintenance files for Tool & Equipment inventory for Return-on-Investment calculations.
Create and implement procedures to ensure the efficient operation and utilization of the equipment.
Build and sustain relationships with key industry maintenance providers.
Ensure jobsite contacts and Project Management team is consistently up to date in Tool & Equipment Management System.
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Construction, Business, or related field Required or
Applicable experience may be substituted for degree requirement. Required
Proficient computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Mechanical or small equipment experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
Must be able to meet company's driving requirements.
